breakfast: 1 banana
mid- morning snack: 10 almonds + mango chile popsicle
lunch: 1/2 cup of oatmeal + 2 tbs of flaxseed grain
mid- afternoon snack: tons of pumpkin flavor egg roll sticks (this is where I lose control) + multigain crackers
dinner: fried rice, soup, veggies
dessert: more egg roll sticks, more crackers (I couldn't control myself >.<)

Legs: SensEpil - 1 treatment so far on lower legs and bikini area
Arms: Veet or Nair
Underarm: Epilator
Face: Tweezer or the rolly thing
